Our AMA Bistro acts as an important sideshow throughout the day and is also our guests' favourite spot to socialise. Here you can sip coffee and tea at any time, enjoy a glass of South Tyrolean wine and watch the sun go down with an enticing aperitif. Even late into the evening you can be guaranteed the right drink to dive into the night ahead.
No time for breakfast, but your stomach is rumbling? Feeling peckish between meals? Fridge empty but you don’t fancy a sit-down meal? If so, then our bistro is the right place for you. Choose from club sandwiches, colourful antipasti, bruschetta or speck (cured ham) platters. At lunchtime there is always a warm dish of the day. Simple and incredibly delicious!
