Some guests stay at AMA Stay as part of retreats or community-based formats. Many arrive on their own and meet the group once they are here. This balance is often what guests appreciate most: time for themselves while still connecting with others.
Many are surprised by the combination of a calm retreat atmosphere and modern hotel infrastructure. Rather than a traditional seminar setting, the experience creates space between mountains, movement and quiet moments.

Coworking with us means living as a community. Community is the future of the workplace. Thinkers, doers, identities and skills. All united by conviction. All united in the AMA community in a setting that could not be more inspiring: the unique Dolomites, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to their sheer beauty.
Longstay in the Dolomites: some guests choose to stay longer.
Not just for a few days – but for a week, several weeks or recurring stays throughout the year. Especially during quieter periods, something emerges that goes beyond a typical stay: a temporary everyday life in the mountains. Many combine work, movement and recovery – finding their own rhythm between nature and focus.
Stays at AMA Stay are flexible.
Alongside shorter visits, some guests consciously choose longer periods – such as 7, 14 or 30 days. AMA Flat and AMA Studio provide the ideal setting, with more space and a private kitchen.
