  • Enjoy your special spa day from 9:00 to 20:00.
  • Our Rooftop-Relax-Pool and the relaxation areas are open from 9.00 am. The sauna area is ready for you from 14:00. Our wellness area closes at 20:00.
  • Our sauna area is a nude area - access from 16 years.
  • In order to prepare everything perfectly for you, we kindly ask you to make your reservation in advance.
  • The day spa fee is 50 €/person.
  • For an additional 5 €, we will gladly provide you a bath bag with a cosy bathrobe and high-quality bath slippers.
  • We place great value on sustainability and therefore do not use plastic bath slippers. Do you want to join? Just bring your own feel-good slippers.
  • If you wish, you can add breakfast to your stay for an additional fee of 25 €.
  • For our external guests the gym is open from 8:00 to 21:00.

Please note that the reservation for your day spa must be made in advance. Our house guests have priority, which is why we cannot guarantee availability in our wellness area at certain times of the season.

The sauna and the Turkish bath have ancient origins and diverse applications. Originally used for warming up, cleansing rituals, and even during childbirth. Today, we appreciate them mainly for relaxation, thanks to their positive effects on the immune system, circulation, and mood. The experience becomes even more intense with a refreshing splash of water infused with essential oils, where the magic unfolds. Here at AMA Stay, the rule is simple: enter naked, place a towel underneath, and enjoy the heat in blissful silence. But beware: you should feel fit and have an empty stomach. Leave the sauna after 15 minutes, cool down slowly, preferably on our winter terrace, and indulge in at least 30 minutes of relaxation between sauna sessions.
