The combination of hip restaurant and Ladin hospitality with traditional and modern influences is reflected both in the interior of the restaurant and on the menu. Design statements and local timber meet large window facades and together ensure a modern and at the same time casual and cosy look. It’s not about the quantity, but rather the quality when it comes to our menu. Here you will find a variety of delicacies made from high-quality raw materials sourced locally. Our dishes are not only inspired by our Dolomites homeland, but also by Marco’s grandmother. Not to be missed!

Simplicity and flavour. Our head chef, Marco, manages to combine tradition with new culinary trends like no other. He interprets typical Alpine-Mediterranean recipes in a cosmopolitan way and incorporates nature and culture into delicious creations of his own. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives are also available.

My cuisine is based on this. It is a tribute to South Tyrolean cuisine, which makes simplicity its strength and which knows how to unite two worlds in an exciting universe of flavours. Let us spoil you as soon as your day starts, whether it be with a wonderfully simple breakfast alla Italiana with coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and a croissant or perhaps with a light and healthy breakfast perfect for the sporty ones among us. Or are you the kind of person who would rather have a breakfast fit for a king indulging in all the sweet and savoury delights on offer? No matter what you fancy, you can spend the morning hours as you wish and at your own pace. From very early in the morning until late in the morning!

For us, food sharing means that you can share the dishes we serve you with your favourite people, companions and colleagues. Sample dishes in a casual, relaxed setting and embrace this special culinary experience - because sharing also means experiencing diversity.

Experience South Tyrolean wine culture

The wine accompaniment for your dinner at AMA Restaurant is just as exquisite as the selection of dishes on our menu. Our wine cellar contains more than 400 labels of the best South Tyrolean fine wines and also a few selected wines from the surrounding wine regions, all of which are just waiting to be complemented by head chef Marco's culinary creations. Our range of wines comes from small biodynamic wine growers, local cooperatives and our favourite wineries.
