Analogue photography, tourist destinations in winter hibernation and a gaze for what is usually overlooked: from 3 to 14 June, the Analogue.Photofestival Fuori Stagione will be hosted at AMA Stay with the photographic work “Fuori stagione” by Caroline Renzler and Fabian Haspinger / Silbersalz.
The project focuses on Italian seaside resorts such as Jesolo, Grado, Bibione and Caorle – places that are loud, crowded and full of movement in summer. In winter, they reveal another side: quieter, more fragile, almost suspended in time. Closed façades, empty promenades, architectural repetitions and small details tell stories of time, use and transience.
The result is a quiet topography of absence – documentary in its precision and, at the same time, poetically condensed. An invitation to read tourist spaces in a new way: not as mere backdrops, but as cyclical landscapes between presence and emptiness.
